米作り – 精米・米ぬか

先日刈った稲の精米をしました🌾
黄金に輝きぷっくりとしていた稲穂が”米ぬか”と白米に変わる時です。

お米は玄米の状態では、糠(ぬか)層で覆われています。
この玄米から、糠(ぬか)と胚芽(はいが)を取り除く作業が精米です。

ここで”米ぬか”が産まれ、農家だからこそ知っていた【米ぬかの力】を知るきっかけへと繋がってゆくのです✨
