奈良のお米はなかなか外に出回らずとっても価値のあるお米です。

地元三宅町にて10/6に収穫をし、10/21に精米したできたてです✨

先日刈った稲の精米をしました🌾
黄金に輝きぷっくりとしていた稲穂が”米ぬか”と白米に変わる時です。

お米は玄米の状態では、糠(ぬか)層で覆われています。
この玄米から、糠(ぬか)と胚芽(はいが)を取り除く作業が精米です。

ここで”米ぬか”が産まれ、農家だからこそ知っていた【米ぬかの力】を知るきっかけへと繋がってゆくのです✨

古来からの美容アイテムであり、保湿や肌のキメを整える効果があります👸

酷暑を乗り越え、季節は実りの時季となり、ぷくぷくに実った稲穂の稲刈りの日🌾
兼業農家の鈴木靴下では、毎年社長が自ら担っております🚜

秋めいた青空を覗かせる快晴の下、自然の恵みがたっぷりと詰まった稲穂を刈り取ります。
刈ったばかりのあったかい籾（もみ）でいっぱいになる軽トラックを見つめる社長です✨

鈴木靴下から見える景色は、夏の風景から秋の風景に移ろいでいます。
