お客様から嬉しいプレゼントが届きました🧺
靴下づくりの中でどうしても出てしまう廃材の「輪っか」で作られた、小物入れのカゴとコースターです。

以前、クリスマスのワークショップにご参加いただいたお客様で、「お友達と何か作ってみたいので廃材を分けていただけませんか」と先日ご来店いただいたばかりでした✨

スタッフも作り方を勉強中で、カゴの作り方はまだご説明できませんが、慣れれば所要時間は約1時間、180個くらいの輪っかを使用し作られたそうです！
素敵な作品に仕上げていただき感激です！

また店舗でも、何か楽しいワークショップやイベントなど開ければと思います🌾

We received a nice present from a customer🧺
They are baskets and coasters for small items, made from the waste ‘rings’ that are inevitably produced during the sock-making process.

The customer had attended our Christmas workshop before and had just visited us the other day and asked to share the waste materials with her friends so she could make them again ✨

The staff are still learning how to make the baskets, so we can’t explain how they are made, but once you get used to it, it takes about an hour, and they use about 180 rings to make it!
We are very impressed with the beautiful workmanship!

We hope to hold some fun workshops and events in our shop again 🌾

鈴木靴下は、奈良の地に1958年（昭和33年）に創業。
靴下の産地、奈良県で一番小さい町奈良県三宅町から生まれた”米ぬか繊維”の製品を中心に製造販売し、その歴史を刻み続けてまいりました。
たくさんのお客様に支えて頂いていることを大変うれしく、ありがたく感じています。
「いいものを長く」を合言葉として、お客様に「感動」と「小さな幸せ」を感じて頂ける商品づくりを目指しています。

鈴木靴下には、他社のように最新鋭の機械が沢山あるわけではありません。
古いものだと、半世紀近く頑張って動いてくれている機械もあります。
そして、熟練の職人、新しい商品への開発に取り組む頼もしいスタッフ達、支えてくれているスタッフ達が沢山います。
時には昔ながらの機械を改造し、工夫を重ねながら、お客様に感動していただける製品づくりや履き心地を追及しています。

今後もお客様に良い商品をお届けできるようこれからも日々取り組んでまいります。

Suzuki Socks was established in Nara in 1958.
We have continued to make history by manufacturing and selling mainly “rice bran fiber” products from Miyake-cho, Nara, the smallest town in Nara Prefecture, where socks are produced.
We are delighted and grateful for the support of our many customers.
Under the slogan “Good products for a long time”, we aim to create products that make our customers feel “excitement” and “a little happiness”.

Suzuki Socks does not have many state-of-the-art machines like other companies.
Some of the older machines have been working hard for nearly half a century.
There are also many skilled craftsmen, reliable staff working on developing new products, and staff who support us.
Sometimes we modify old-fashioned machines, and with a lot of ingenuity, we are pursuing the creation of products and comfort that will impress our customers.

We will continue to work daily to deliver good products to our customers in the future.

丁寧にパッケージ加工され、製品から商品になった靴下は、万が一にでも針などが含まれていないかを確認する為、検針を行います。
加工された靴下を検針機に通し、異常がないかチェックします。
安心安全とともに皆様の元へお届けできますように。

Socks that have been carefully packaged and processed from product to product are inspected to ensure that they do not contain needles, in case they do.
The processed socks are then passed through a needle-inspection machine to check for any abnormalities.
The socks are delivered to the customer with safety and security.
